We find out that our big, beautiful woman is NOT putting up with it this time. But, then the skinny, fitness guru lady hands her a before and after set of pictures and explains - " I know what you are feeling" - "That used to be me. I do have a plan - it's called FRIENDSHIP!" |

POKER NIGHT reveals a weekly buddy’s poker night that goes sideways when a secret emerges and threatens to tear apart friendships.
Poker Night was produced by Los Angeles film and theatrical producers/writers, and Hollywood Fringe veterans Tom Cavanaugh and Matt Ritchey. Its 2017 film festival premiere was at The 7th Annual New York/Los Angeles International Film Festival HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRE is a comedic web show is about a ‘twenty-something’ vampire is kicked out of his homeland. With no place to turn, he and his sidekick/Butler, Gilroy, trek to Hollywood to find the internet model/actress, dream girl who he’s fallen madly in love with in LA.
It was created by award winners Tom Cavanaugh (writer), Matt Ritchey (director), Bob Telford (director), and Allyson Sereboff under the production banner of their group, 8Aprons. The team used their combined assets and skills, on a very limited budget, to create thirteen episodes plus a trailer. The original script was created in workshop at the film collective, We Make Movies in Hollywood. THE SHIFT asks, who does a 9-1-1 Operator call when he has a problem? At the end of a bad night with an attempted suicide and a rape. Jimmy Callahan realizes the voice of his co-worker sounds like the rape victim – or is she?
